Andrew has always admired the positive impact business owners can have on the communities and people they serve, in addition to the respect for the daily courage, vision, and execution it takes to operate a successful business. This is why as CFP® and financial advisor for the last 13 years Andrew has focused his practice on providing benefits and access to specialized resources for small and medium sized businesses owners. He targets improvement to the C-suite, employee, and executive benefits, with the goal of helping recruit, retain, and reward the best in an organization and help them better realize their own success.

With over a decade in the industry, Andrew has helped hundreds of clients make sound financial decisions by empowering them with education, resources, and his expertise so they can be confident in their path forward.
Andrew offers Investment Advisory Services through Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser of New York Life. He is a Nautilus affiliated advisor with New York Life. The Nautilus Group® is a member only affiliation offered to top 200 advisors nationwide for New York Life. Nautilus provides our clients with access to CPAs and Attorneys who are experienced in planning* for high-net worth individuals and business owners.
Interests
Andrew is an avid traveler, seeker of unique dining experiences, and loves working out at the gym. He continues to work on his piano playing and in the coming year plans to travel to France for a French language immersion program. And whenever time permits he is always up for a board game night.

Community
Andrew has found it to be a very rewarding part of his practice to provide charitable strategies for both clients and charities. Helping to build lasting endowments and secure meaningful legacies for clients and their families. He also regularly gives his time and donates to a number of charities. In addition, he helps to promote charitable strategies as a guest speaker. He is also a CFP® member promoting higher standards in advising in the advising community.
Steven Josh Uy, ChFC®, RICP®

Steven creates, implements, and monitors strategies that help his clients grow and transfer wealth. He guides them with the same transparency he would his own family, and his mission is to fully understand each client’s situation and goals so he can educate them and give them clear guidance about their options. By offering valuable insight and assistance managing their finances, he lifts a burden from his clients’ shoulders and allows them to focus on what’s important to them. He specializes in wealth accumulation strategies, retirement income distribution, and generational wealth transfer.
Growing up, Steven’s family didn’t have a clear understanding of finances or how to best prepare for their future, and this ultimately led him to choose a career in financial services. He attended the University of California, Riverside, and in 2016, just after graduation, he joined Foresters Financial, a fraternal benefits society headquartered in Canada. There he gained expertise in working with CA state employees to maximize their CalSTRS/PERS, 457, and 403b benefits. His client base grew, and in 2018, he moved to New York Life, allowing him to offer a more comprehensive service for his clients’ evolving needs. In 2020, he earned his Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designation, and in 2022, Steven earned the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation, both from the American College of Financial Services. He is currently pursuing the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designation and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation from the American College of Financial Services. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and administrative studies from the University of California, Riverside. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and holds FINRA series 6, 63, 7, and 66 securities licenses.
In his free time, Steven enjoys playing and watching basketball. He is part of two adult leagues (“Back and Body Hurts” and “Net Profit”), and his favorite team is the Los Angeles Lakers. He also likes to fish, hike, camp, cook, and travel with his fiancée Joselyn and their friends. He and Joselyn got engaged in February of 2022 and are planning a wedding for April of 2023. Steven’s parents, Bernadette and Gervacio, emigrated from the Philippines, and he and his two sisters were all born and raised in Southern California. He currently lives in San Gabriel, California, and has a German Shepherd named Kobe.

Cindy Verduzco, CFP®, ChFC®

Cindy is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve financial independence. Education has always been important to her, and believes that continuous learning is essential to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and providing the best advice.
Cindy received her Bachelor of Art in Finance from California State University of Fullerton in 2016. She holds both the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations and is in the process of completing a Master’s program in Advanced Financial Planning with a concentration in Taxation. This program has allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of the complex tax laws and regulations that affect her clients and is obtaining the skills and knowledge necessary to develop effective tax planning strategies. She believes that having a strong foundation in taxation is essential to providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients.
Cindy is a first-time mom who welcomed her beautiful daughter on March 20th, 2023. She is inspired to be the best version of herself for her family and clients. She believes that motherhood will provide her with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing families as they strive to achieve financial independence. She is excited to bring this perspective to her work as a financial advisor, and to continue to provide the best possible advice and guidance to her clients.

Bryan's journey in the field was greatly influenced by his grandfather, who served as his mentor and a highly respected financial advisor. Inspired by the wisdom passed down through generations, Bryan followed in the footsteps of his family and embraced a career dedicated to providing expert financial guidance. Bryan Schimmel resides in Encino, where he shares his life with his wife, Houda, and their beloved canine companion, Shimmy.
Bryan is also a dedicated board member for Beit T'Shuvah, a renowned charity committed to addressing the pressing issues of drug and alcohol abuse. Through his unwavering commitment, he stands as an invaluable asset to Beit T'Shuvah's tireless efforts in combating substance abuse and fostering hope in the lives of countless individuals.
